There is playing beer pong at a professional level, and then there is this guy. Thanks to Drew for sending this my way.

Another D-Street Party courtesy of the Capitol Hillbilly staff, as we are losing one of our own at the Hillbilly Haven for a few months. Good times all around I am told.

But as with every party there was a bit of drama to be enjoyed by all. R-Dub beat the hell out of some poor fool for talking bad bout his sister. And where we come from you don't go talking bad bout anyone's sister. That pretty much pissed everyone off in the house; and if it weren't for the one person on this guy’s side he would have been taught a bit of Hilljack justice. Which pretty much means been smacked around some more. We're not talkin anything too crazy here. (HillJack Justice, hehe just made that up)

Then later on R-Dub had his room hosed down by a different drunken fool; not naming names here, but as they say no good deed goes unpunished.

Along with the out of the ordinary was some more of the ordinary for every party. And pong was enjoyed by all as well. I for one was just straight up tossin on people all night. Was good practice for the upcoming tourney where I hope to be wearing one of the tournament belts in a couple weeks. http://www.charitypongathon.com

Let's see; it has been a few days since I have thrown something out there for you all. I thought about complaining about political stuff as I just found out my brother has been extended 3 months in Iraq. It's his third trip and he has been extended all three times. My little brother was extended when he was there as well. Neither of them were sent to do the job they were trained to do but instead were sent to block bullets. Maybe that's a bit harsh but isn't that pretty much what force protection is?



I have a better topic in mind though. Something that is very near and dear to any hillbilly, southerner, or flatlander's heart (I dunno folks; do we include the yanks in this type of discussion?). I'm talking about BBQ folks. Whether it be Smoked, Pulled, Chopped, Smothered, Smeared, or barbequed. I'm talking about ribs; pork butt; chicken, beef, or pork. There are so many styles and sauces; I still dunno for sure what my favorite is. What do you all think? What is the best BBQ around? Even the Dub-V has a BBQ sauce.

Another thing that gets me going is when people call a cookout a BBQ. Mostly people from the Right Coast. :) Barbeque is a cooking method not a dish, or a device.

How is it that crazy redneck hillbillies can be so good at making moonshine, and we can suck so badly at it? What's that you say: Its because we are new to it Bean, we don't have enough experience yet. We are up to theD-Still Mark 2, which blew up last night during the mixing phase. This is one step prior to when Mark 1 blew up, but more importantly Mark 1 was contained, where Mark 2 turned R-Dubs bathroom into a cornmeal and barley malt filled mess. I wasn't really part of this one as I got home late. So I missed out on Axis and Allies as well, which is quickly becoming the tradition when we are waitin for the 5 gallons of water to heat up in RDubs bathtub. DB wants to switch over to a copper still now. No more glass. I will keep you all posted. If you have any suggestions please let me know. If Mark 3 doesn't work, we might have to switch over to brewing beer, and bathtub gin.

Ok, I will give Matty credit for this post, but I had to re-issue the challenge on here. If you can watch this video w/o laughing, you may yet get yourself into heaven. I don't think I am going to make it. I was grinning like an idiot trying to not laugh too loud at work.
